Don't overwrite userId when editing a postit

Yordi requested to merge yordi/Arcturus-Community:fix-sticky-replacing-userId into ms4/dev

Don't overwrite userId when editing a postit, original user who placed the postit should always stay as the owner. This doesn't affect editing & saving permissions. Room owners, users with rights & an owner of a sticky when a sticky-pole is present may still edit and remove their postit.

Currently MS will overwrite the userId when you edit someones sticky which shouldn't happen.
