Problem in help tickets.

On Habbo, when we send a ticket, we receive a message to tell us that the ticket has been received. Then we receive another message a few minutes later to tell us that either the ticket is pending or it has been processed.
On Arcturus, we receive a message as soon as we send a ticket (which is configurable in the db). But if we select in the support_cfh_topics table the auto_ignore or auto_reply action we receive exactly the same message as when we sent the duplicate ticket ... Would it be possible to add another message when the ticket is ignored or processed?
