Check if habbo != null when applying wordFilter + use habbo when filtering bot texts/name

Add a null-check when using the Wordfilter because in some cases developers should be able to use it without a habbo. Apply habbo for filtering bot names/speeches, just so users with permission ACC_CHAT_NO_FILTER can use stupid words.
